@grallewellyn @rtapella I clarified and actually removed the first note. I realized there was no use for it (we weren't actually mentioning this below). I think the confusions regarding the default workspace environment are removed.

@emileten I actually liked the first note because I thought it was important to clarify that the default conda environment is different for each workspace and a Note is a good way to make that point

And we mention the default conda environment a couple other times throughout the docs "MAAP users typically use the python maap-py. It's pre-installed in all workspaces, in the default conda environment." "For example, let's assume you have a conda environment with a set of packages already installed in it (for example the pangeo environment, or another default conda environment), but it doesn't have xarray and geopandas"

I changed the note a little bit to stress this.
