ARC has implemented singularity container environment on HECC. JPL to verify current implementation works. Definition of Done:

what's the difference between this issue and #103 ?

I used Singularity on hfe1 host to deploy a few different job types, including downsample DEM and GEDI Subset and to execute job instances. That is the version that I get with module load singularity.
