Implement getJobResults endpoint in ADES-PBS #113

Implement getJobResults endpoint in ADES-PBS. The endpoint response should include the S3 URLs to indicate the stage out locations for all of the directories in the output directory.

Definition of Done:

[ ] Live demo provided of getJobResults showing the stage out location on S3 of the GEDI Subset product.

Implemented at the ADES Base level, so it applied to both ADES-PBS and ADES-K8s.
