R3: Extended stage in use case implementation #118

Expand the CI/CD stage-in implementation to support additional use cases:

from private S3 bucket with authentication via Long Term Access Key (LTAK) associated with a key ID, secret, and IAM role.
from ESDIS DAAC via EDL
from MAAP data-store

Definition of Done:
