CI/CD stage-in from MAAP data-store

Add CI/CD support for stage-in from MAAP data-store. This is use case 5 from https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1bTMKPRAeioxsKv7okcvWYjIbXoynmB8T8H2bL3vzYLU/edit#slide=id.g14535295eac_0_12 with parameters as follows:

stage_param_var4: MAAP: collection_id: "123455" granule_name: "abcdef"
