Kibana metrics extension has been updated to allow for configurable kibana url. New image was deployed to DIT and UAT.

Looks like the MAAP ADE wants content to be served over https. HySDS MCP kibana is served over http -- so are other services we may need (e.g. Mozart API), so we need to make changes to the ELB to accommodate this. Without this, we won't be able to view the kibana dashboard from the ADE.

Use of the ADES Metrics extension is blocked pending changes mentioned above. @pymonger to look at this.
