Integrate the deliverable software for Release R1 according to the R1 column of the Capability Releases for MAAP AWS-HEC document at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qEyWxxlA66zSwFKghvu9HTXwn-0zhfCEV648lDwN2lo/edit#gid=0.

Definition of Done:

[ ] Reference Application Package showing 3-step
[ ] CI/CD gitlab-runner to build Application Package from github papermilled notebooks
[ ] Metrics collection on ADES-PBS and ADES-K8S, and metrics to ELK
[ ] OGC ADES/WPST REST endpoint for ADES-PBS and ADES-K8S
[ ] Documentation provided
[ ] Github repo commits provided
[ ] End-to-end live demo
