Metrics Kibana not working #56

Issue description Metrics Kibana service is not functioning as expected.

Steps to reproduce the issue Navigate to https://soamc-mozart.jpl.nasa.gov/metrics/app/kibana

What's the expected result? We should see the kibana dashboard.

What's the actual result? The browser shows this message: Kibana server is not ready yet

Additional Notes Kibana is running: kibana RUNNING pid 21054, uptime 7 days, 1:33:51

Looking at the kibana logs shows:
