MAAP system presents a distributed development and execution environment that draws from community maintained open source repositories in a cloud based environment. Access to the MAAP environment is mediated through NASA's Earth Data Login. Operating as a back end processing service, HySDS will distribute dense compute workloads to computing resources provided by different organizations - initially to include NASA HECC on-prem computing and Cloud based computing provided by AWS managed through NASA's Mission Cloud Platform (MCP). There are several security related issues that will be tracked through this Epic
Definition of Done:
[x] Deliverable 1 - Present the proposed authentication approach to NASA/ARC managers.
[ ] Deliverable 2 - Address authentication and credential management requirements as necessary for workflows that span MAAP/HECC
