Workflows that span MAAP and HECC will encounter egress costs from AWS. AWS offers 'Direct Connect', an additional paid for capability for network connectivity. The current default network route between AWS and HECC is via Internet2. This route currently provides the connectivity necessary for MAAP/HECC to fully succeed. Evaluate performance, cost, or security relative to AWS Direct Connect along with other potential networking solutions and produce a plan of record.
