some missing files #1

Hello, your paper "Scrambling Parameter Generation to Improve Perceptual Information Hiding" gave me a deep impression and I want to reproduce your results. However, some python files in the utils folder are missing， such as learnable_encryption, etc_encryption, and pixel_based_encryption. Can I ask for these python files?

Sorry for the delay, I missed the comment for a while Can you get the code of my other repos? I think it provides the code of encryption methods.
