What version of BluezIME are you using?

1.17

What Android device do you have? What Android version?

HTC One X 4.0.3 stock

What gamepad are you using?

iControlPad

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to connect controller
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When I turn on the Bluez IME input method to connect my iControlPad it will get
stuck at "Connecting to: [MAC address]" step.

Please provide any additional information below.

I have tried multiple ways to connect.
-Turning on bluetooth outside of the app.
-Pairing the controller in the system bluetooth settings
-Pairing the controller using Bluez IME
-Killing Bluez IME and bluetooth processes before trying to connect
-Restarting phone before trying to connect

Nothing works. The iControlPad will show in my bluetooth devices and pair
normally the only problem I have is with Bluez IME

Update: I found a solution, but the bug still exists

For anyone else having trouble using iControlPad on 4.0 similar to what I
described above, try the following steps:

1. Open bluez IME and shut off the option near the bottom named "Manage
bluetooth". This will keep the app from shutting off your bluetooth after you
turn off the bluez IME input method.

2. Pair the controller with your phone through the bluez IME scan menu (might
work with system bluetooth settings havent tried)

3. Select the correct driver (iControlPad)

4. Activate bluez IME (If you are pairing the device for the first time through
bluez IME you should get a pop-up on screen or in the notification bar asking
if you want to pair, say yes)

5. After your device pairs bluez IME should say Connecting: *MAC Address*

6. If it gets stuck at connecting shut off the bluez IME input method, then
kill the app (your iControlPad should still be connected to bluetooth since
bluez IME should not be shutting off your bluetooth automatically if you
followed step 1)

7. Re-open bluez IME and turn the input method back on. If you get the
notification "Connected: *MAC Address*" then you are done, otherwise you should
still be stuck at "Connecting: *MAC Address*" in which case you simply repeat
steps 6-7 until you are connected.

Could you post me a logcat file recorded while connecting and it fails?
