L3 and R3 support #203

Hello,

Does it possible to add L3 and R3 support, that would be cool in the GTAs. I 
can see that at least R3 works on phonejoy trought USBJoy IME but i don't 
understand how all of it work so i don't know if it's possible. Excuse my poor 
english and thank you for your awsome work!

From what I can see, the PhoneJoy (I assume that is what you are using) does 
not send any signals when clicking the sticks, so I cannot fix that.
