how do i get the Thinkgeek iCade 8-Bitty to work to play on roms on my samsung 
galaxy tab

If you have an Android version less than 3.0, you do not have the required HID 
component in the Bluetooth stack (Samsung removed it for whatever reasons). You 
can only use Bluetooth Headsets, nothing else over Bluetooth. If you have 
Android 3.0+ you can just connect the iCade as a normal Bluetooth keyboard, no 
need to use Bluez-IME.
