Why doeset the ipega Bluetooth controller work for my galaxy s3 when it said it 
would work on mt phone o meed help.

You should install the HID enabler and then try to use the iCade mode.
But since you are on Android 4.1.1, it should just work in iCade mode without 
needing Bluez-IME.
