Should we use full version for docstrings or just the major version? #3

We should use the version of the language that the report is generated against - in this case, v4.1. I think there's another place where we can state the actual python-maec requirements, e.g. https://github.com/MAECProject/cuckoo/blob/master/docs/book/src/installation/host/requirements.rst.
