Given that equivalencies between MAEC Entities (e.g., two Actions) can be easily represented using first-class relationships (#74), we should consider deprecating the following types in the MAEC Package schema:
ActionEquivalenceType
ActionEquivalenceListType
ObjectEquivalenceType
ObjectEquivalenceListType
MetaAnalysisType
