Slowly losing health while doing nothing

You sure it's menyoo? Or another mod? If it persists, reinstall all trainers. If it won't work, look through add-on stuff that you downloaded and remove them (can be anything, even a vehicle, once a jeep that I downloaded caused the grenade to switch models and physics)
