[Suggestion] Ped weapon components (modifications) support #400

Currently you can only modify player's weapon components. But with Simple Trainer the peds you spawn can have customised weapons with components as well.

I think the only workaround for that is soul steal the ped you want to have custom rifles, make the upgrades manually(the ped you soul stole will immediately switch to the weapon you were holding with all the upgrades) and then switch back to your initial player model. I don't remember if it still works, but you can try. Down side is that you have to soul steal every ped one by one)
