This is an issue I have when the file XML has reached a certain size.
This issue is common in older versions (1.2xx) and is not fixed in the newer versions 1.7x
I use a good ammount of "attached to" and (attached) markers in my maps, also FX and animations.
The markers are often above the limit of size 10. Notepad++ is often used to fine tune some parameters like marker size or FX timing etc.
When the size gets to big (mostly over 500 to 800k) this bug creeps in and starts to renumber the "InitialHandle" when I safe the file.
It makes no difference if I run GTA V for a while and have safed the file several times or if I just did a restart to clear everyting and just change one thing and safe.
This is persistant no matter what pc I use (8 or 16GB memory or 2, 4 or 8GB GFX
The only workaround I found so far is to keep the original uncorrupted file and via notepad++ manualy copy and paste the changes.
