it sounds like you haven't installed it correctly. You need to check the scripthook logs in game to see if they are loading menyoo

I had this problem with 1.75 would sometimes work, sometimes not or would show it is atempting to connect to gta onine reverted to 1.73 and everything works again

nothing in the startup binds have changed between those versions. I can't see any reason why it would work with 1.7.3 and then stop working for later versions
