Menyoo is an ASI mod. It has nothing to do with ScriptHookVDotNet. Also, have you notified the developers of SHVDN with the problem you are having? I don't see any new issues opened on their github. Can't really expect them to give you a solution if you never notify them of the issue.

In any case, I don't see how SHVDN would have anything to do with Menyoo. OP's issue is likely something else.

I restarted the compilation and updated the encoding of all files, but errors still occurred when loading the language.
