Would it be possible to add the names of the liveries using the native "GET_LIVERY_NAME" to make use of the names configured in the "carcols" files instead of numbers?

I think this would make more sense than using the numerals in the liveries, an example of this is the submenu that contains the VMT_LIVERY_MOD, it's something that doesn't seem to take much time and has a great impact on the mod.
