This has staled a bit waiting on the API Design. Reccomending we get #13 done so we can start writing some basic stuff this weekend. @Mark-Anton @axelperez2

Right now the main screen ui is mostly done. It needs some polishing but all the important elements are there.

Login and Settings Screen are half-baked need to have functionalities implemented.
