Document port override #854

Coonfiguration documentation page only shows specific Izanami confirguration, but doesn't indicate how to change port (since we didn't override play default on this one). It would be nice to :

[ ] Indicate env variable / jvm argument to change port
[ ] Create specific en variable / jvm arguments with Izanami prefixes
