When attempting to import data in the Export / import data section of Tenant/Settings page, there are errors with form validation:

For Import data from another Izanami instance, submitting an empty form results in a blank page.
For Import data from V1 Izanami instance, submitting an empty form causes an infinite loading spinner to appear in place of the Import button.
