Truncate Repo Names #24

Now that the tool belongs to an org; the Relic-Tool prefix is redundant, and only serves to make the packages final location intuitive.

E.G. Relic-Tool-SGA-V2 Helps to say that its the relic.sga.v2 package, but its a mouthful to type, and reading through the available repos is difficult when most of the information you want is at the end of the package.

It also hides the main tool which is intended to be pipped to grab everything; Relic-Tool by making everything include that prefix.

Links in each readme should be updated to use the truncated repo-name .

Repo Names were truncated a while ago, readme's have other issues and deserve it's own issue to list their problems.
