Search lists #186

Suggestion reported via email by "contact address":

A common problem is that “some filter” is blocking a specific item. It can
be very hard to pin down which one. For example, how easy would it be to
use the standard blocklists but allow all “Google” contact? Not easy at all.

Suggestion: A panel where one can enter a partial match (a fragment of text
or part of an IP) and all entries in current blocklists matching the
fragment are displayed. An indication is next to each for current block
status: specifically blocked, specifically allowed, or not mentioned in any
list. The user can select via checkbox and add/remove them to their
personal block/allow lists.

So I could enter “google” or “yahoo” or “186.43” and get a list of
all
blocks/allows affecting these, see their present block/allow status, and
add/remove them to my block/allow lists as I chose.
