add a new takeout - what's the work flow for this? #140

people have tried adding one and it doesnt' appear on the map?

should be fixed - the takeouts were being sent to the wrong database. there were also about 29 takeouts missing from the map because we were only displaying 100 items and there are 129 takeouts.

these changes will take a while (1h or so) to propagate due to the cache.
