ParkStories on homepage needs hyperlink and style edits #120

On the homepage, the title of the park should be hyperlink to the parks page. Also the read more read less function gets lost. Make it a different color. It should only say read more and it should then bring you to the park's page scrolled to that park story fully expanded. Can we do that?
