Add in section with links to Download Report Download Data Download Metadata Share on Twitter with social card

A couple notes:

  1. Had to change "Full Report" to "Report" because font variances in browsers were causing the "t" to be cut off. The other alternative would be to increase the size of the icon above it but it didn't look great IMHO.

  2. Need the final content to upload and link.
