Combining sections of Appendix and moving items to embedded Airtable

Proposed Edits

• [x] Acknowledgments - Keep, duplicate "Community Advisory Team" intro, add to Process section. Remove British "e" from Acknowledgements title
• [x] Glossary - Keep, review add to Airtable
• [x] Research Articles, Reports, Maps/Data, Online Articles& Blog Posts - Removed/Collapse into 1 accordion called Additional Resrouces. Edit DgS | Municipal Broadband Links tab to include all references currently in the appendix.
• [x] Municipal Model Draft Lit Review: - Keep- replace with Airtable update and edit Airtable to include link record examples. Review copy before publishing.
• [x] Slides - Keep, include Everett (3), Chelsea/Revere (3), Regional Convening (3), Other (5)
• [ ] Tableau - Keep/Rename "Data Visualizations" create thumbnails for Tableaus and Maps from the report and include them here.
