Need to pull data available on Emergency Broadband Benefit / Affordable Connectivity Program enrollment for zip codes in our there municipalities.

[x] Compile and confirm the list of zipcodes in Everett, Chelsea, Revere.
[ ] Pull all historical data available
[ ] Draft historical adoption over time
[ ] Draft map (tableau match on zip geo field)
[x] Draft table of available data
[ ] Draft chart of enrollment as percentage of eligible (note eligibility under EBB changed for ACP)

@EllaBrady What is the as of date of data in the chart of above? This is total enrollment for these zip codes across EBB and ACP?

Is enrollment data: individuals and eligible data: households?

@theryankelly my apologies on missing this-- unfortunately, the ZCTA was individuals not households and enrollment was households. I have changed the ZCTA to reflect "families" instead. Here is the new link: https://public.tableau.com/authoring/EBBACPViz/Dashboard1#1
