Admin Reset Email Error #396

on https://staging.metrocommon.mapc.org/hubadmin while attempting to reset my password, there is an error:

We're sorry, but something went wrong.
If you are the application owner check the logs for more information
admin-email-reset-error

Steps to reproduce

  1. Browse to: https://staging.metrocommon.mapc.org/hubadmin
  2. Click on reset password
  3. Enter email address
  4. Click on reset password

Expected behavior An admin user with an email address / account in hubadmin would expect a message confirming that the password was reset, or instructions on next steps.

Additional context While I do have an account on production, I am not 100% positive that I have an account on staging. Email address: bsmith@mapc.org

For some reason the mailto account associated with that bsmith account I created in March is acacheung's gmail. I have removed the account and created a new one. Might have been the default email that should be switched.
