For some reason the mailto account associated with that bsmith account I created in March is acacheung's gmail. I have removed the account and created a new one. Might have been the default email that should be switched.

Expected behavior An admin user with an email address / account in hubadmin would expect a message confirming that the password was reset, or instructions on next steps.
