On Windows Chrome, the font of the actions (yellow) does not match the weight of the normal text (blue). Matching the two is one option. Removing bold from body text while keeping in Action title could help with legibility.

From Eric: rec. text formatting: seems pretty good. should the text under each strategy also be bold? could use more space before each strategy header;
