Explore not saving new visualizations #83

It seems the Internet Explore is not checking for Flash. Meghna could not save her visualization in IE. When she went to Mozilla it made her download flash.

There is also 64 bit IE that it doesnt work on either.

what IE version and what was the error message?

IE 9 64bit doesn't support Flash.

just verified that IE saves, no problem there.

I assume it's the issue when no Flash is there and you get all the tools on top of a picture, which you can't edit and therefor not save.

I don't think it's the flash. It's when the save button is clicked in IE. There is a spnning icon above the save button that just keeps spinning but doesn't save.

which IE version. I just saved in IE 8. And I remember testing IE 9 last week.

Is Flash loaded or do you just see the image?

IE 9. the 64 and 32 bit versions don't work for me. I can create visualizations no problem. I see Weave fine. I just cannot save.

No just a spinning icon above the save button on the right side

Admins have permissions and therefore get no save-url on new visualizations. IE apparently doesn't execute self location on post by default.
