on the mozilla browser - when you click on a url for an outside website it takes you there. It does not open a new window or tab. Emily Torres showed me and I duplicated it.

It should open a new tab or window

which links are "outside"?

the only ones that open in a new window/tab are the source links on the snapshots pages. everything else opens in the same window.

So if someone clicks on an outside link to for example the www.regionalindicators.org or www.oicweave.org they should open in another window correct?

currently not, should they? others too?

that's very subjective... I for instance hate websites that open links in new windows. there is always the back button and if a user wants to open a link in a new window you can do this in the browser.

Ok Well lets leave them as is
