Signing out of MassBuilds throws a strange error #178

This seems to happen only from the home page because it is not generating a CSRF token. I think this is due to the fact that we are using high voltage to create a static page, and high voltage gem might not insert the CSRF tokens. I'm looking into a way around that but the solution might simply be to not offer a sign out link from the front page.
