Opening Developments on Search Bar #200

Currently, the system requires someone trying to open a development to click on the blue dot on the map in order to do so. This can be complicated because any search may turn up several blue dots within the search area or because the blue dot does not appear in the search area of the map that comes up when I search a given development. It would be much easier from a data entry standpoint and for those trying to look at the details of a particular development to be able to open the details of a development directly from the search bar.

Change the search result view links to point to the development information for developments instead of moving the map to show the development location.
