Update FAQ #200

Describe the bug Some content in the FAQ is no longer up-to-date.

Steps to reproduce

  1. For example, navigate to the FAQ
  2. At least the following statements are false:

On the top of the MassBuilds page is a “+” button, which allows users with MassBuilds accounts to propose new developments.

In the upper right hand corner of the MassBuilds map page is the “Export Results” tab.

Expected behavior The FAQ should reflect reality and the current implementation of the site.
