Implement styling changes from XD #48

[x] banner with image
[x] add housing image logo
[ ] Change city name to camel case
[ ] make blobs more consistent with XD mockup (size and placement)

I do not see any city names that are not camel case in the current iteration so am wondering if @ericyoungberg either fixed that or if I'm not looking in the right spot? screen shot 2018-06-06 at 9 32 04 am

@mzagaja The caps casing was an aspect of the new design. It doesn't appear in your screenshot because the new design hasn't been implemented in that area yet.

Ok just trying to square the circle on this issue. The initial issue states that the city names should be camel case, the latest iteration posted by @ericyoungberg is all caps. Do we still want to switch them to camel case or is the all caps the best and final version?
