[WIP] Mjz/44 best practices image color #56

@ericyoungberg I need the image asset to recolor for the best practice image.

Also not sure what colors we should use for all these since there are more topics than colors. I just used the existing palette but the shades of blue are maybe not ideal.

I tried the colors from the Excel spreadsheet as suggested and it looks not very great in my humble opinion:
