Password reset throws error #87

on page https://masaferoutessurvey.org/users/password/new, clicking Send me reset passwrod throws an error

Additionally, creating a new user disallows that action because "password can't be blank." May be related? screen shot 2017-10-22 at 8 50 49 pm
