85 resolves part of this but there are still data inconsistencies which prevent pathing in a handful of cases in each city. All of the red dots on this map are places where line segments cross instead of match up. Line crossing is OK if roads are actually suspended or dug underneath other roads. In rural areas where that is almost never true (except for highway exits), those red dots represent inconsistencies.
