A - Offset Timing feature non-functioning

Under normal circumstances, the program should be offsetting the timing of the 
probe tone depending on the values in the parameter "offsetDegrees=". Instead 
it is not doing this at all, despite reporting the offset shifts in the debug 
menu. 

This has been tested on builds 169, 167, 178, and 222, using both Gervill and 
Simplesynth as soundbanks, and on OS X 10.6.8, 10.8.3, 10.9.2, and 10.9.4.

Attached is a word document with a more in-depth overview of how the software 
should be functioning, followed by an illustration of this issue with images of 
different recording's waveforms and embedded audio files.
