Sensory Integration Warmup too Long #9

We are having issues where in some cases the parameter for the number of warmup 
trials is being ignored (i.e. we ask for 4 but it runs 30!).  We are working to 
document this now as well.

Found and fixed bug. Was incorrectly building warmup trials when multiple 
metablocks were requested. Fixed by commit r166.
