  1. Analyzed 'Recruitment and Selection 2019' Excel file
  2. Prepared data in Excel as per visual need
  3. Uploaded data in Power BI Desktop
  4. Applied data type transformation using Power Query Editor
  5. Created two visuals representing 'Requirement vs Selection' for each center
  6. Added drill down by department in both visuals
  7. Created summary table visual for the same
