  1. Tried the approach for using moving average of variance for last 5 yrs for predicting the attrition rate for next year
  2. Tried to implement the approach using SQL query
  3. The above approach did not work.
  4. Used the ‘Forecast Line’ functionality of Power BI to show the attrition rate prediction for next year
  5. Checked the report for any other issues
  6. Shared the finalized HRIS report
