Test Pigeon IMU's Pitch/Roll Accuracy #3

Determine if the pigeon IMU is a good enough sensor to check if the bar is level. Do some tests by swinging the test rig the same amount we'd assume would occur on the field. Most important things are responsiveness, and that the 0 condition stays in roughly the same spot. If scaling changes, its not a big deal as we only need to reach level.

If its not an effective solution, research alternatives.
