tls-unique for TLS =< 1.2

Thanks for mentioning it. It will take some time to study this, also because it has been ages ago that I have worked on it. I also need to find out how TLS works. Then I can test it with Mongodb

@Neustradamus I am wondering if the module IO::Socket::Async::SSL which supports TLS, does what you need
